Kent County Health Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 24.
The Kent County Inclusive Preparedness Program presents six modules of basic preparedness information and skills in a format that is accessible for people with disabilities and is taught by first responders in our community. We are offering single courses on Monday afternoons beginning September 9th, and all six modules on Saturday, September 28th. Please share this opportunity with colleagues, family, CLS workers, and caregivers. There’s something for everyone!
If you have taken all six classes already, you can join us as a peer mentor!
