April is Move More Month! We are excited to share another virtual workout option to keep you moving! Life Fitness Digital Coach offers a FREE workout of the day that will include body weight, small accessories, and strength and flexibility. The digital coach makes it easy to follow along while providing daily options that are different than group exercise classes.
