Walker Charter Academy issued the following announcement on May 4.
I am excited to announce that we are launching our first virtual WCA ArtPrize contest that is OPEN to the PUBLIC!!! Opening the voting to the public allows each Walker family member the opportunity to vote, otherwise the voting forum would only allow one vote per family. This is also a great way for our students to promote and share their art with the world via email/social media, while also promoting their school and community. I originally sent out a link twice via email to all parents last week and they did not go through, therefore the contest ending date will be extended to May 18.
