Knapp Charter Academy issued the following announcement on May. 16.
We’re dancing for our healthcare workers! Our school along with our West Michigan NHA school community is participating in The Groove, an app-based program that supports frontline healthcare workers. Every dance shared through the app results in a donation to the newly formed West Michigan Hero Fund. Our founder J.C. Huizenga has made a generous donation to support the fund. Additionally, our schools will be competing against each other for the greatest number of dances to win three cash prizes.
We hope everyone will download the app and get dancing. And if you don’t want to dance, you can vote for the best dancers out there!
