Today's Summer Staff Series features Mrs. Steffens.
I teach 5th grade Social Studies and ELA for my homeroom. I will be starting my 22nd year at Walker this fall!
In my spare time, I enjoy making crafts, reading books to share with my students, and hanging out with my husband and four kids.
I LOVE teaching American history, and my favorite unit is our Colonial Adventure. It's a lot of fun to see who "survives" our simulated trip to the colonies in 1688!
