City of Walker issued the following announcement on Sept. 18.
The deadline to complete the 2020 Census form is Wednesday, September 30th. That's why we need your help spreading the word to friends, family and coworkers about the importance of answering those nine simple questions.
So many aspects of our beautiful, Walker community depend on the completion of the 2020 Census form; everything from road planning, grants for public transportation, money to support our teachers and special education, as well as preventing child abuse and providing housing assistance for our aging loved ones.
