City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
Out of an abundance to caution, City Hall will be closed for the next 14 days due a potential COVID exposure. All essential services (water, sewer, police and fire) will remain in place. If you do need to conduct business, please use our website www.rockford.mi.us or email when possible – 
https://www.rockford.mi.us/Contact/tabid/10625 . City employees will be monitoring email and answering phones from home. If you have a water or sewer emergency please call 616-866-9557. If you have a police or fire emergency, please call 911.
