City of Walker issued the following announcement on Nov. 17.
While COVID 19 prevents us from hosting our traditional Walker Winter Fest, the City hopes to spread some holiday cheer with our safer alternative. Join us Thursday, December 3rd for Walker's Jingle Bell Lane at the Walker Ice & Fitness Center!
This free drive-thru event begins at 6pm and runs until 7:30pm. The evening will feature Santa, his reindeer, and the brightly decorated WIFC!
To prevent crowding around the tree, we will offer the official tree lighting ceremony via Facebook live on the City of Walker's Facebook page, beginning at 5:45pm.
Make sure to bring jingle bells to ring and your letters for Santa! There will also be a box to drop off donations for Toys for Tots.
