City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Dec. 12.
We would like to welcome our new City Council!
The Rockford City Council are your elected representatives who create citywide policy. The City Council is comprised of five members, elected by city residents. The Council in turn elects the Mayor from among its members.
City Council Members:
- Mayor: Ed Ross
- Mayor Pro Tem: Tammy Bergstrom
- Council Member: Cheryl Scales
- Council Member: Terry Konkle
- Council Member: Dale Dalman
We will be featuring individual City Council members over the coming days to give you an opportunity to get to know them better.
