City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Jan. 8.
Have clean Styrofoam take out containers that need to be recycled? Rockford Sustainability-Michigan is partnering with Dart Container to give you an opportunity to recycle the items shown below. Please take a look at what is and is not recyclable, make sure it is clean, and bring it to the Rockford Fire Station on Saturday from 1pm-4pm.
No plastic peanuts please, but they can be taken to PakMail, 5355 Northland Dr NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 for reuse
