City of Cedar Springs issued the following announcement on July 20.

The Cedar Springs Planning Commission will conduct the following public hearing at the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 10, 2021 for the following topics:

1. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SPECIAL LAND USE FOR Intandem Credit Union FKA Kent County Credit Union, 13819 White Creek Ave Cedar Springs, MI 49319: The applicant is seeking special land use approval for a drive-through business. Parcel 41-02-35-200-036 is zoned H-C (Highway Commercial District), the applicant requests a Special Land Use approval in that district for a drive-through business. 

The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held in the Cedar Springs City Council Chambers, 66 S. Main St., Cedar Springs, MI 49319. Persons having any questions regarding these matters are urged to attend this meeting or attend virtually.  Virtual meeting information can be found at www.cityofcedarsprings.org If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but wish to have your comments become a part of the official record of the meeting, please submit them in writing to the City Manager at manager@cityofcedarsprings.org the above address, or contact City Hall at 616.696.1330.
