Halloween Spooktacular

Halloween jackolanterns 1200

City of Cedar Springs issued the following announcement on Oct 18.

Downtown Cedar Springs Main Street will be hosting a trick or treating event with participating groups and businesses passing out candy and treats to all the little ghouls and goblins between 5-7pm on Saturday, October 30th.

We understand that there has been some confusion on this issue and for that we are sorry.  While the downtown businesses will be celebrating on Saturday, October 30th (as many of them are not open on Sundays), the City understands that many people will be celebrating the holiday on October 31st and that’s just fine.

(make sure to wear light reflecting clothing, carry flashlights, dress weather appropriate, drive slowly and if you’re not passing out candy, turn off your porch light)

Have a happy and safe Halloween!
