Rockford Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Join us tomorrow for Trunk or Treat in the new parking lot on Main Street! We have over 20 vendors setting up, a costume contest, and a Kids for Kids Costume Cookie Run in Rockford!
Costumes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, Scariest, Funniest, Honorable Mention and Most Homemade!
