City of Walker issued the following announcement on Nov 4.
This Saturday, November 6, is the American Legion Post 1111 Veterans Day Parade. Come show your support for our local veterans along Remembrance Road!
PARADE ROUTE:
The parade begins at 9:30am.
The route begins at the corner of Walker Village and Remembrance and ends at City Hall.
PLEASE NOTE:
Beginning at 9:15am, Remembrance Road will be shut down from the corner of Walker Village/Remembrance all the way to City Hall.
We expect this to last about an hour.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you all Saturday morning!
