City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Dec 8.
The DPS has finished a second pass with the Leaf Vac through the City. They will be starting a 3rd pass today and anticipate being able to make it through the whole City by the end of next week. This 3rd pass will be the last pass of the year. They will be starting at the northeast side (Shaw Estates) and will work their way around ending in the northwest side (Highlands/Heritage Park).
Next week will also be the last week we are picking up yard waste bags until spring.
