Northview Public Schools recently issued the following announcement.
These amazing Graphic Design classes have been working hard with our virtual guest client Lori Hastings of Lori’s Voice to help redesign her 10 year old logo. They spent 3 weeks meeting with her, getting feed back and learning important communication skills along the way while applying their newly learned design thinking and adobe illustrator skills.
Today Lori announced the top three winning designers that received generous gift cards, provided each class with Doughnuts/Pizza and their very own Lori’s Voice “Believe in Miracles” Tshirts!
The overall winner was Aaron Miller, followed by Zella Hutchins for second place, and Kennedy Donaldson for third.
All of the students did a tremendous job and made this competition very challenging.
The best part of it all though, was seeing the compassion and dedication our students put towards designing a new logo for Lori’s Voice as it is a wonderful non-profit that provides wheelchairs and lots of special services to children with mobility needs.
For more information about Lori’s Voice be sure to check out her website http://www.lorisvoice.org/ and how much her non-profit has done these past 10 years to help children in west Michigan
