Our Community Outreach & Engagement Officer has been busy!
Last week he presented 10 times on the topic of workplace violence & active threat awareness to a local business, ensuring all employees over multiple shifts were trained on situational awareness, conflict de-escalation, and the Avoid/Deny/Defend mentality used to survive an active threat attack.
Now that his voice is rested, he will be back out tomorrow conducting a similar training with the staff of an area school.
