For the last few #WellnessWednesday posts, we've been discussing the four types of self-care: Physical, Social, Spiritual, and Emotional.

Today's #WellnessWednesday will focus on the final type of Self-care, Spiritual. Spiritual Self-Care includes anything that nourishes your spirits and allows you to think beyond just yourself, which could be meditation, yoga, going to a place of worship, being in nature, dedicating time for self-reflection, etc.
