National Apple Day

Today (Oct. 21) is National Apple Day. This day is dedicated entirely to celebrating all things apple: apple pie, apple sauce, apple crisp, and the list goes on and on.
Michigan is the nation's third-largest producer of apples, and we are lucky to have so many orchards in Kent County! We encourage you to support your local orchard, pick out your favorite apple, or try a new variety.
