Sen. Mark Huizenga is encouraging residents of Kent and Ottawa counties to attend a public town hall meeting in Cascade Township on Monday, March 11. Huizenga, who represents the 30th Senate District, emphasized the importance of engaging with constituents, stating, "Listening to the people about the issues facing their families and our state and discussing possible solutions is vital to being an effective public servant."

The town hall meeting is scheduled to take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Wisner Center inside the Cascade branch of the Kent District Library, situated at 2870 Jacksmith Ave. SE in Grand Rapids. Huizenga reiterated that the event is open to all, encouraging those unable to attend to reach out to his office to share their perspectives on Michigan's future.
