Rockford High School was well-represented by James Geshel and two former teammates now on Davenport Panthers during the NCAA Division II baseball game on Monday, April 14

On Monday, April 14, three former Rockford High School standouts, including James Geshel, Michael Skarda and Payton Skarda’s current college team, the Davenport Panthers, lost 14-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Keilitz Field at Theunissen Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 3 p.m. at Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex against Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.
