Rockford High School was well-represented by James Geshel and two former teammates now on Davenport Panthers during the NCAA Division II baseball game on Saturday, March 1

On Saturday, March 1, three former Rockford High School standouts, including James Geshel, Michael Skarda and Payton Skarda’s current college team, the Davenport Panthers, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Tampa Spartans.

The game took place at UT Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at UT Baseball Field against Ashland Eagles.
